We are assisting our client, a fast-growing law firm in Brussels, in its search for a tax lawyer with at least 10 years of experience in tax. This firm is known for being modern and innovative and is part of a global network which strengthens its international position.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day tax management for organisations
- Tax risk management
- Compliance processes
- Advice and assistance with tax audits and disputes
- Advice on tax incentives for companies, including tax incentives for innovation
- Tax aspects of (Belgian and/or cross-border) corporate restructurings, including M&A
- Business development
Profile
- You have at least 10 years of experience
- You are Dutch or French speaking
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
