We are assisting a well-established law firm in Belgium, in its search for a Corporate M&A Partner with at least 10 years of experience.
This firm consists of an existing Corporate M&A department and is looking to expand by having a second Partner join the team.
This opportunity is perfect for an established Partner looking for more commercial freedom who wants to become part of an excellent law firm with a great team.
Responsibilities
- Advise both Belgian and international clients
- Advise on take-overs to private M&A
- Restructurings
- Private equity and venture capital
- Capital markets
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate law
- Dutch or French native with good command of English
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Team player with a great attitude
