We are assisting a global US law firm in Brussels in its search for a Partner to lead the EU Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. The goal is to develop a strong team to continue the firm’s excellent reputation in this field of expertise.

Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients on global privacy and cybersecurity issues, regarding compliance with the ever-expanding laws and regulations concerning individual privacy and data security.
- Advise companies on preventing or responding to data breaches.
- Defend companies facing lawsuits or regulatory investigations emanating from a breach or a failure to comply with applicable laws.
- Help create policies and programs to address cybersecurity in law enforcement, intelligence, and security.
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in EU Privacy & Cybersecurity law
- English speaking, any additional language is considered a plus
- You enjoy doing business development
- Team player who wants to create an inclusive environment
