We are assisting an expanding law firm in Belgium, in its search for a Corporate / Commercial Partner with at least 10 years of experience.
This full-service firm is looking to attract a strong Corporate / Commercial Partner that will have the opportunity to take on a leading role in the further development of the firm.

Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as purchase/sale agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and distribution agreements.
- Expertise in advising businesses on legal issues related to their formation, governance, operations, restructuring, and dissolution.
- Experience in resolving disputes between businesses, including breach of contract, and other commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
- Advise on purchase/sale agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and distribution agreements.
- Knowledge of IP law is considered a plus
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate / commercial law
- Dutch or French native with good command of English
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Team player with a great attitude
