For our client, a well-known international law firm, we are looking for an IP Partner to build the IP department!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an international network on IP, GDPR & IT matters, including drafting agreements for technology transfers, licenses, and partnerships
- Advise on IP issues with a strong focus on soft IP and review IP contracts
- Assist clients in developing IP strategies to protect and manage their intellectual property effectively
Profile
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IP law
- You are a native Dutch speaker
- You thrive in a team environment
- You demonstrate ambition and passion for the field
