We are assisting one of Belgium’s largest independent law firms in their search for a highly experienced Employment Lawyer. With a minimum of 8 years of expertise in Employment Law, the ideal candidate will join their expanding team in Brussels, supporting the firm’s continued growth and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Advise Belgian and international clients on employment, social security, and pension matters, including but not limited to M&A transactions
- Advise regarding collective labour law (reorganisations, transfer of structures)
- General consultancy work
Profile
- At least 8 years of experience in Employment law
- Dutch native with a good command of English
- You enjoy tackling challenging cases
