Isabel Rosendor

Co-founder and Legal Recruiter

Isabel has a legal background and used to work as a lawyer in Brussels before becoming a legal recruiter. She sets herself apart by always going the extra mile for her candidates and clients. It is the personal aspect of the job that she enjoys the most. Building bridges between companies and people is her main goal. 

During her free time Isabel loves going for long walks and runs with her dog. She enjoys discovering new sports. Seeing as she comes from an international background, she frequently visits her family abroad.

Sebastiaan Dekeersmaeker

Sebastiaan is an experienced recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the legal and finance industry. Prior to co-founding DICE, he spent years at an international recruitment firm responsible for legal recruitment in Benelux and the DACH region.  

Sebastiaan prides himself in taking the time to truly get to know his clients and candidates, which enables him to make the right match. He grew up in Belgium and graduated with a master’s in Politics at the University of Brussels. In his spare time, you will most likely find him spending time with his family and friends or practising outdoor sports.
