This firm already has a well-established corporate department and is creating a Banking & Finance department to further strengthen the Corporate Finance practice.
This opportunity is perfect for an entrepreneurial lawyer wanting to become the Head of a brand-new Banking & Finance department.
Responsibilities
- Advise both Belgian and international clients
- Advise on project finance
- Insolvency and restructurings
- Cross-border transactions
- Capital markets
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in Banking & Finance law
- Dutch or French native with good command of English
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Team player with a great attitude
