This firm is present in Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp and is expanding its Antwerp office.

Responsibilities
- Advise both Belgian and international clients
- Advise on take-overs to private M&A
- Restructurings
- Private equity and venture capital
- Coordinating joint ventures
Profile
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate law
- Dutch native with good command of English
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Team player with a great attitude
