We are assisting a well-known international firm in Belgium with its search for a Corporate M&A Partner to further strengthen its M&A practice.
Responsibilities
- Advise on governance, restructuring, shareholder issues, and daily business operations.
- Lead M&A and private equity deals, including due diligence and structuring.
- Support cross-border work through a global network and manage post-acquisition matters.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate M&A
- Native Dutch or French speaker with strong command of English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative, and driven
