Responsibilities
- Advise on complex employment law matters (individual & collective)
- Handle employment litigation and negotiations
- Drive business development and client relationships
- Draft contracts and compensation schemes
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Employment law
- Native Dutch speaker, strong English
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
