For our client, a top Belgium firm, we are looking for an Employment Partner to build the Employment department!
Responsibilities
- Focus on Employment law aspects within M&A and other business transactions
- Advise on Belgian & International M&A transactions
- Handle due diligence independently
- Directly assist clients with labor law matters in addition to transaction support
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in Employment law
- Dutch native with good command of English
- Strong commercial profile
- Team player with a great attitude
