For our client, a top Belgium firm, we are looking for an Employment Partner to build the Employment department!

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Employment law aspects within M&A and other business transactions
  • Advise on Belgian & International M&A transactions
  • Handle due diligence independently
  • Directly assist clients with labor law matters in addition to transaction support

Profile

  • At least 10 years of experience in Employment law
  • Dutch native with good command of English
  • Strong commercial profile
  • Team player with a great attitude
