A leading Brussels firm is looking to appoint a French-speaking Corporate Partner to join its established corporate practice. The role offers the opportunity to advise a strong client base on sophisticated corporate matters while further developing your own practice.
What you’ll work on
- M&A, corporate transactions and reorganisations;
- Advising Belgian and international clients on corporate matters;
- Developing and expanding your own client portfolio.
Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate/M&A;
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian market;
- An established client base and proven business development track record;
- Native French and fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
