For our client, a well-known Belgian law firm, we are looking for a Partner IP/IT to strengthen the IP/IT department of this dynamic law firm in Antwerp!
This firm consists of over 30 lawyers and offers an all-round service to its clients.
Responsibilities
- Business development
- IP & IT (including negotiating and drafting agreements on technology transfers and licenses, co-development agreements, partnerships, and collaborations, outsourcing and IT services agreements, software development, etc.)
- Advise on all issues related to IP with a specific focus on patents as well as reviewing IP-related contracts
- In addition, you assist clients in developing solid IP strategies
Profile
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in IP/IT
- Ambitious and passionate about the field
- You are a team player
- You are Dutch speaking with a very good knowledge of English
