We are assisting a top IP law firm, in its search for a senior IP lawyer with at least 8 years of experience in IP/IT law matters. Due to our client’s continuous growth, they are looking to hire reinforcement for their expanding team in Antwerp.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IP law and be a Dutch native with a good command of English.

Responsibilities
- Advise on tech-related legal issues
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Guide on trademarks and patents
- Ensure adherence to data protection laws
- Manage trademark filings
- Assist in resolving tech and IP disputes
Profile
- You have at least 8 years of experience in IP, GDPR, and IT, with a particular emphasis on IP litigation
- You are a native Dutch speaker with a strong command of ENG
- You work well in a team
- You handle cases confidently
