For our client, a well-known US law firm, we are looking for an IP Partner to strengthen the IP department!
By joining this firm, you will become part of an international network spread over 15 offices and more than 700 lawyers.
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the international network
- IP & IT (including negotiating and drafting agreements on technology transfers and licenses, co-development agreements, partnerships, and collaborations, outsourcing and IT services agreements, software development, etc.)
- Advise on all issues related to IP with a specific focus on patents as well as reviewing IP-related contracts
- In addition, you assist clients in developing solid IP strategies
Profile
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in IP
- Ambitious and passionate about the field
- You are a team player
- You are Dutch or French speaking with a very good knowledge of English
