We are assisting a leading international firm in their search for an IP Partner to build and expand their IP department.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on soft IP (trademarks, copyrights) and/ or hard IP (patents)
- Draft and review IP contracts, licensing, and commercial agreements
- Develop and implement strategic IP plans for clients
Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in IP law
- Native Dutch or French speaker with excellent English
- Entrepreneurial, team player with strong client-facing skills
