We are assisting a top international law firm in their search for a Corporate Litigation Partner to join the Brussels office and strengthen their already well-established Corporate M&A department.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Dispute Resolution: Advise on shareholder, joint venture and directors’ disputes, post-closing litigation, and out-of-court settlements
- Strategic Guidance: Represent clients through all stages of disputes, including on-the-spot advice at board and shareholder meetings
- Insolvency & Restructuring: Expertise in judicial reorganisations and complex restructuring litigation to minimise business risk
Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate litigation
- Proven track record in shareholder, joint venture, and directors’ disputes
- Strong client portfolio with national and international companies
- Fluency in English
