A leading US law firm in Brussels is looking for an International Trade Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and an established book of business, providing advice to clients on all aspects of international trade law.
Responsibilities
- Advise on complex international trade issues, including sanctions, customs, and trade remedies.
- Negotiate and draft trade agreements, including free trade and investment treaties.
- Represent clients in trade litigation before national and international courts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in international trade law.
- Strong knowledge of trade litigation and EU trade law.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
