A leading international UK firm is looking to appoint a GDPR & Data Privacy Partner to strengthen its Brussels practice. The role offers the opportunity to work with major international clients on complex and evolving data protection matters.
What you’ll work on
- GDPR and broader EU data protection matters, as well as digital regulations in a national and international context;
- Advising clients on privacy compliance, data transfers, investigations and regulatory issues;
- Supporting clients on strategic and complex cross-border data matters.
Requirements
- Strong experience in GDPR and data privacy;
- An established client base and strong business development track record;
- Excellent knowledge of the EU regulatory framework;
- Native French or Dutch, with fluent English;
- Belgian Bar qualification preferred.
