What you’ll work on
- M&A, corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters;
- Advising Belgian and international clients on complex transactions;
- Developing and growing your own client portfolio.
Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate/M&A;
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian market;
- An established client base and proven business development track record;
- Excellent Dutch and English.
